At Marketplacennsup we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor textile purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process for our seasonal terrace products.
Return Window
You may return most unused and undamaged outdoor textile products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. This applies to all products purchased through marketplacennsup.world, including cushion sets, table runners, and throw blankets.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and free of stains or damage not present at delivery
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized textile products
- Items that have been used outdoors, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Gift cards or digital content
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at assist@marketplacennsup.world or call +1 559 435 4333 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Marketplacennsup within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging when reporting the issue.
